Channel Config: Review Calibration
The ‘Cal Graphs’ tab of the Channel Configuration page shows the Calibration Graphs panel. This panel allows the user to view graphs of every channel when at least one calibration method has been performed on that channel. The user can view graphs for the separate calibration methods within a channel, separately, combined, or partially combined.

- Single plots are graphs for individual calibration methods
- Merged plots merge together different calibrations methods selected by the user.
- Final plots are the frequency and amplitude responses of the channels with all calibration methods applied. The channel must be fully calibrated to view a plot of this type
- Channel list. To plot a channel on the graph, the user should click the last column in the channel list. The icon will change to reflect the state of the channel in the graph:
- The X
indicates that the channel will not be plotted on the graph. -
The check mark indicates that the channel will be plotted on the graph -
The check mark with a lock indicates that the channel will be plotted on the graph, and will always be plotted if the channel meets the filter criteria.
- The X
- Right clicking on the channel list provides the user with additional options for setting the state of multiple channels at once.
- Selecting plot types (single, merged, final) colour codes the channel list to show whether or not a channel may be plotted. The three colour codes have a summary description in the legend below the list, these are:
- Channel meets the specified criteria: If single or merged plot is selected, the channel uses the calibration method(s) specified and calibration has successfully been performed for those methods. If a final plot is selected, the channel is fully calibrated. Channels colour coded in this way may be plotted on the graph.
- Required calibration has not been performed: If single or merged plot is selected, the channel uses the calibration method(s) specified but calibration has not been successfully performed for one or more of the methods. If a final plot is selected, the channel is not calibrated. Channels colour coded in this way may not be plotted on the graph
- The selected calibration methods do not apply to the channel: one or more of the calibration methods selected are not a calibration method for the channel.
- Calibration graph plotted for selected channels and selected calibration method
- Amplitude displayed in mV or ADC count
- To display individual values in as floating text on the graph, the user can select ‘Show Point Marks’.
- To zoom on the graph the user should:
- Press the ‘Zoom In’ button
- Move the cursor to an area to zoom in upon
- Click the mouse
