Hawkeye: Adding A Second Monitor

Hawkeye allows for the use of multiple displays on a single system. By default, Hawkeye only uses one display, so you will need to configure it to use the additional displays.

To start, we will open the settings menu on Hawkeye. This is done by clicking the arrow on the right side of the Hawkeye window.

Once the menu is open, click on the 'Setup' tab.

After you have navigated to the 'Setup' tab, click on the 'Edit Preferences' button.

From the preferences page, navigate to the 'Multi-screen Options' tab.

On the Multi-screen Options tab, you can increase the total number of screens, configure which monitor Hawkeye uses, and give each screen a unique caption for ease of identification.

Once you have added your additional display(s), click on the 'Save Preferences' button, followed by the 'Apply Preferences' button.

Once you click 'Apply Preferences', you need to chick on 'Return to DISPLAY'.

You should now have your separate Hawkeye windows on your different screens. If it does not apply, make sure the preferences were saved, and restart Hawkeye.
