Historical Length of Data Displayed in Hawkeye
On Hawkeye plots, a fixed amount of data can be shown at a given time and determines the time scale of each plot. The length of the time scale is based on the update rate. So, to increase the data history shown, it is necessary to change the update rate.
The update rates can be changed from the FFT plot for any channel. This will need to be performed for each channel that that needs to be adjusted.
Steps:
1) Move to the FFT tab in HawkEye. (Or, go to a page with the FFT of the channel that needs adjustment)
2) Right click on the FFT plot for the channel to update.
3) Expand the option "Update Rates".
4) Select the rate desired.
Now, it any plot that for that channel that shows historical data (such as a campbell plot) will have a time scale adjusted based on the new update rate. The default time displayed for a 20 Hz update rate is 18 seconds. If the adjusted update rate is now 1 Hz, 360 seconds of data will be displayed.
