Cannot Add Device in Hawk GUI

In the Hawk GUI if you cannot control a device showing up in the un-partnered devices section and add it to a test cell most commonly you are trying to control a dragonfly that you are not connected to.

To confirm whether this is true or not, make sure the ID of the dragonfly or patch panel you are connected to match the one appearing in the hawk GUI

A dragonfly or patch panel that is not properly removed from the test cell will still show up in the system status screen until either reconnected and removed properly or the user clicks 'Flush Devices'.
