HawkEye Plots not seeing Signal

This most likely reason for this is due to the Red or Blue network not being connected.

Verify that the Red and/or Blue network is connected on all of the machines. You can do this by going to Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings, and then verifying that the Red/Blue network(s) are connected. If the network is not connected, connect it to the appropriate switch/port. If the network port is displaying that it is not connected, but has a cable running from the port to the switch you may have a bad cable or switch. Ensure that the cable is connected complete and if that does not work, try replacing the Ethernet cable and/or switch.
