EDASRawWriter is not Creating Files or is Crashing

This issue may be caused by the EDASRawWriter not receiving raw files.

First stopping scanning and deconfigure. Next restart RTRawOut on each Hawk unit. RTRawOut will be in the icon tray. You will need to show hidden icons (in the lower right hand corner of your computer) to get to RTRawOut. Just right click on the icon and select “Exit.” As long as the software is still running, RTRawOut should automatically restart.

Next, restart EDASRawWriter. After closing the program it may automatically restart, but if not just relaunch it. It can be found either on the desktop or in c:\hgl software
